Hi Jeff, That's me, alright. Small world! As far as the paint job went, it was, shall we say, barley adequate. Sure, it would have cost 2X as much around the corner (i did get estimates), but if you want a clean job with no overspray on the tires, no gubers stuck to the clear coat, grey primer dust all over the arm rest and a nice gravely overspray on other parts not painted, then Mike would be the guy. But I think he is in jail or ? Got some problems to figure out before he earns my respect as a good body guy. Don't get me wrong, though, I knew most of this before I hired him. Figured that "Brownie" just need a little sprucing up and was not meant as a show car. After all, much of our adventures in the past have taken us through narrow dirt tracks with branches engraving horizontal scratches on her sides or desert mesquite thrashing her in the wind, so I was not out for a perfect job. Considered doing it myself, but that would be worse than what Mike did by far. Besides, he was really trying to get his life back together again and I hope he does. So, if you want to contribute to the "help Mike" fund and don't care too much about the outcome of his handi-work, then go for it. Why does life have to be so complicated, anyway?
