Unfortunately, it's proprietary database accessed through an absolutely TERRIBLE front end. Like most niche-market GUIs, the ETKA is a throwback to Windows 3.1 and not only requires a windows PC to run, but mandates a minimum screen res of 1280x1024, making it a real pain to use on a laptop. Whoever designed the GUI needs to be dragged behind the barn and beaten with a pillowcase full of GUI design books.
