and FWIW GW also has thier Eurovan roof bag on sale/clearance for $59 http://tinyurl.com/b2aqb it's also plainly stated as "definately not being 100% waterproof". a better deal then the $100 one but not sure if it's sized well for a vanagon. L-40" W-12" H-10"

wrap yer sleeping bags in hefty sacks or use it to keep sun and bugs off your folding chairs..
