I believe that this is what is causing my noisy pump. I got a couple of pieces of fuel hose (you need to run one from the return too, or your gas is pumped into the tank fairly quickly) and ran them to a 5 gallon gas tank and the noise goes away. I've tried blowing air through the outlet, but no changes.

What's the best option for a fuel tank? Cost?
