Kim, Have you thought about using the overhead evaporator unit from an 85 Vanagon? They are "I" shaped and are mounted cab-forward with the fan/evaporator unit behind the front seats. It then ducts the air in front of the driver and passenger. I contemplated it for my crewcab but never got a round-tuit. Ken Lewis
