In addition to the fiberglass high top, the Joker was also available with a pop-top like on US spec Westfalias. The Joker's may all have different interior fabrics but the noticable difference I think is only the possibility of some unique body striping and the "Joker" graphic on the front doors. They also offered the "Club Joker" which I'm guessing might have been the deluxe model (or the model served on three peices of white toast with bacon, lettuce, and tomato.).

From the catalogue I can see in the place where the USA bus has the Vanagon emblem on the rear deck the Joker has a badge that says "JOKER" or "CLUB JOKER" depending on the model.

I've seen a couple here in SoCal and the only noticable difference from a distance is the "Joker" logo on the front doors. I have a Joker catalogue and the interior fabrics look different than the USA spec stuff, but the Westfalia camping equipment looks identical as far as the kitchen, closet, cabinets, pop top etc. Then there's the Club Joker fiberglass high top in the catalogue-sweet.

Options include a portable toilet, comfort furnace, awning, side tent, front child's cot like the old loafs used to offer, and a crib like screen to keep a baby in the top bunk on a fiberglass high top.
