RE: Packing and Stuff I'll second the vote for the square griddle w/handle. I've been using one for several years, even bring it into the house for pancakes, etc. I use it in the Westy or outside with one of those single burner stoves that have become so available. That single burner stove is also great, run from $10 to $30 depending on where you buy them. I tried one of the square combination grille on one side griddle on the other things I picked up at Camping World. Real problems on the Westy stove, wanted to move around and had to use a pot handle grip to hold on to it. There is the same thing in a double size, covers two burners, but I haven't tried that.
