This is where I was originally pointing with the corrosion resistance of the stainless, nuts, bolts, and lock washer's. The exhaust system takes the biggest beating from rust, heat, and the wheel wash, and I want the system to be serviceable at a later date, with the least amount of effort. I will get this with the premium choice of stainless fastener's I decided to use. I hope nobody read anything else into the original thought of how I chose to improve the exhaust fastening system. No other engine components were in question here.. |
