A nearby friend had the GoWesty engine put in; drove it out to CA where he bought their transmission. When he returned home to Missouri after his travels through Canada, he let me take it for a spin. I gotta tell you - the extra horsepower was S-W-E-E-T and it was actually "peppy." I was convinced if/when I have to replace my engine, GoWesty's commitment (read about how they redo the heads http://www.gowesty.com/cylinderhead.html ) to increase in power (my friend bought the 105hp upgrade so as not to need premium gas) and a 4 YEAR WARRANTY ( http://www.gowesty.com/enginewarranty_070105.html ) vs. a 90 day warranty, it would be worth it.

my 2¢
