Steve at www.eurocampers.com sells SOME of this stuff (Though not the coolest stuff of it that I want for my syncro like the full opening side windows, or the surf board rack, or the full window loovers). Steve does sell a self contained kicthen unit (intended fro the Eurovan, but it would work in a Vanagon):
