I'll second Rob's request.

Sooner or later, in every forum or newsgroup that I subscribe to, some chucklehead fires off a political rant. Or something racist or sexist or just plain small-minded. These are hot-button issues for many folks and, like the initial poster, they can't keep their finger off the "send" button (image of Dr Strangelove struggling to keep his right arm from sieg heiling).

Fight the impulse. Don't press that button. Rise above it all . . . after all we /are/ Vanagon people. We know how to deal with frustration and loss (image of guru meditating with faint smile on his face while Westy burns furiously behind him).

That's all I have to say.

Oh -- it would be George of the Jungle, of course. Jay Ward studios . . . same folks responsible for the plucky little squirrel: Rocket J Squirrel.
