I think we should send free bicycles to China and get them back on bicycles or else the former gas stations in America will have signs like "Happy Bicycling" or "See America Best By Bicycle" We could send Lance there to kick of the Tour de China to reinspire them to get back on the bike and be healthy again. Or else they are all going to end up like us jerks.
