John's email address indicates he is with Maine School Administrative District #43 (msad43). Google msad43 and you will find others associated with that system.

Rumford is 225 miles south of me. If the mystery isn't cleared up by September 8th, I just might divert to Rumford, on my way to Buses By the Buoy, and see if I can find him or more information about him.

Mike Houlton, Maine
