Hi Mark

The battery and oxy idiot lights were on and would not go off. I was measuring at the output stud. And, now that you mention it, I noticed that little blue wire had some cracking of the insulation. Makes me wonder if that wire failed when I was working in that area to install the remote regulator/brushes. Would the idiot lights come on if that wire had an open circuit? Or if there was a short? Maybe I should check that wire and reinstall the alt to see if it has output?

Thanks

Keith
