I have in mind a small donation from all of us to make up for the cash and time spent. I vision $2 as a good amount if most of us would do it. He would accept Pay Pal, I assume. I guess, none of us would accept to pay for the expenses of the list if we would run it. This is only a first proposal. If there is a better idea, let's do that.
