Are the check valves still installed on the drain tubes? If not, the air flow reverses through the tubes enough especially at highway speeds to allow the water to flow down. I've recently got my A/C running again in my 87 Westy...and now that its running an old problem has surfaced...water dripping from the rear "shelf" area over the bunk. I've checked the drain hoses and they are clear, but it seems that the condensation isn't draining properly from the evaporator unit area... Any ideas??
BTW, for those of you who can remember Cheech and Chong....what was the steady drip...drip...drip from??? And what product/service took care of the problem? :-)
