I've had two break-ins now - one they broke the wing window when I first got the car. They took the empty toolbox but not the tools which were under the bench seat.

A few weeks ago someone pushed in the passenger side window and stole my fire department gear, rucksack with ski gear and three new cable locks.

I had my dog just over the bank at the river...

They didn't get my laptop, radios or cellphones on the passenger seat as I had thrown some clothes on top of them.

I'm thinking of looking into some sort of alarm system.

I do have great insurance but sometimes that is the least of the worries.

Andree
