Do you have a picture of this set-up? I have a Honda 100 that I'd love to travel with, but want to keep the travelling as light as possible.

One hole was where the hitch ball bolted to the hitch. The plate then extended out, twisted to the vertical where a large hole was made to clear the hub and 4 smaller holes around it lined up with the lugs on the front of the Vespa.

I removed the Vespa's front wheel, bolted the lugs to the "adapter" and towed it, rear wheel down
