As far as I know there are two stock shoulder belt threaded holes. One is below the rear side window and one is up on the rear most pillar. If I recall correctly the passenger vans actually used the hole below the rear side window, so likely the belts would not be long enough from a passenger van to reach the rear pillar.

I bought the go westy kit, but I haven't installed it yet. From the instructions you need to make three holes: one in each rear most pillar to match up with the rear anchor points and one in the closet wall to allow the belt to pass through.
