Joy you don't need reflective paint. All you need is Glass Bead like what I use in Sandblasting and Parts cleaning. You just apply your SLOW drying paint and sprinkle on the glass beads like the fellows do when they stencil driveways addresses or the city employees do at cross intersection turn curbs.
