this is a easy job, 5 minutes max for both sides.. they just pry off w/ a little tiny flathead, or i use a plastic putty knife so i dont scratch the paint. just pry off that trim cover that covers the joint where the horizontal window scraper meets the vertical side scraper.. when tapping them back in, i use a long piece of wood laid horizontally over the length of the scraper and a small hammer.. the long piece of wood disperses the impact from the tapping so it wont bend the scraper as u tap it back in. .. ps, like i said before, the inner scrapers are the same as the outer ones..so just get some good used inner scrapers.. they inners rarely go bad. |
