I have an 89 Burgundy camper. It had a nice pale burgundy top that I changed to off white. I notice only a slight difference in interior temperature in hot weather. Certainly not enough to justify the change. I expected a greater temperature change but was disappointed.

The original coloring was much more attractive. If my ship ever comes in I will have the top repainted to its original color.

Regards, Dan R. 89 Westy Camper with A/C and a furnace. I can travel comfortably throughout 3 seasons.

With respect to Poptop colors I received an E-mail from an owner of multiple Westies who measured only a 5 degree difference on the inside surface between a Burgundy Poptop and White Poptop (Temp was measured with an Infrared gauge). This is not enough of a difference for me to consider painting the top White on my Burgundy Westy.
