Here are some questions for you:

1. What's in your pantry? What foods do your take? Leave at home? We have a list of food items that stay in our Westy...except refrig items.

2. How do you cook? We swing back and forth with this issue. At present we're using a three pot cook set - the lids double as fry pans - six pieces nest together - very compact

He have a two burner propane stove and Coleman folding oven that we try to use as much as possible (keeps the heat and mess out side). I tend to cook well on the road....may be too much....my motto eat, sleep and be mobile....so far so good....II may add a 1 1/2 gal steam kettle (item #56-557 $37.95 from Lehman's..lots hot water for cooking and baths and...a Vortex hand crank blender (party time).

Thanks all for now!
