When I had to pull all that stuff off to change my wing window frames, my old ones seemed fine, so I reused them on the right. On the left I bought new ones (I somehow broke one taking the scrapers off) and they seemed "springier". I don't see much difference between the 2 sides though. Probably no reason to change them, but if I was dropping all that on new scrapers and seals, I'd be tempted to drop an additional $28 for new clips. -- John Bange '90 Vanagon "Keine Bange, wir holen die Zange!"
