Pascal, the lower widow seals or window scrapers as  they are sometimes
called are removed by pulling or prying them upwards from the  door metal edge they
are connected to with the clips you can't see until you  remove the seals.
Best to start at the back edge where they are curved  upwards and work your way
toward the front where they join up with the vent  window seal.
