I already mentioned this, but the cheapest and most satisfying mod I've done to this or any of my vans was the upgrade to a Jetta domelight with the time-delayed turnoff feature. I think the light was ~$3 at a junkyard, and installed in 10 minutes with minor re-wiring--very nice!
