I think eBay cancelled the second attempt at listing. The "seller"
just refunded my payment:

Note from Seller:
unfortunately ebay keeps removing my listing. I am going to work on
the details of it to make sure it doesn't happen again, but this may
take a little while. I don't feel right about holding onto your money
as I do not know how long it will take to relist
