Use a piece of wire to hook the coolant and oil flap (the rear license
plate door) open,  by attaching the wire to the bumper or tow bar, for
while you're doing oil or coolant stuff ...


$30 floor carpet (in the Westy 'kitchen' area) preserver:  go to Home
Depot or comparable place.  Buy $30 foam "tiles".  Roll up the carpet
and put it somewhere safe.  Put down the foam tiles instead.  Cut to
fit, if needed.  Easily sweepable, washable, moveable ... 




Is someone making a reference page for all these low-cost mods?
