Whoa OK hold the phone... The green I am attaching to IS a coaxial cable, but the black that runs from the o2 sensor is NOT grounded... herin may be the problem. The o2 sensor that I have may not be correct... and I certainly can't see how it is grounded. There are six different o2 sensors on bus depot for a syncro which one is correct (with the coaxial wire) or how does someone splice coaxial wire so its grounded?

This of course begs the question that if I do have the wrong o2 sensor then where is the bucking problem coming from... since it does looks like this possibly was not the source.
