Two rather low tech things come to mind.  I put a shut off valve in
line in my fuel line between the tank and the pre filter, one, for
sanitarily changing the filter, fuel pump and post fpump filter, and
two, it also would work well if you flipped the lever to "off" when
parking in less than savory circumstances, as the thieves wouldn't
get far on what's in the fuel hoses

2.  I bought a battery kill switch complete with key from JC Whitney
when I was a kid and never installed it., but that would stop things
pretty quickly.  If you had stereo stuff needing juice to keep
station presets and the like, well, then you'll have to get a little
more creative, I guess
