That green wire is the shielded cable. The black wire on the sensor is a
plain wire.

I had a really good look at the wire sheath, and it does not look like
coaxil cable at all, simply a rubber cover. The wire coming out of the
o2 to the quick connectors is actually black, not green... although it
looks like it connects to a green. Is there another type of o2 sensor
that doesn't use coaxil cable?
