Has anyone (other than yours truly, moi) considered upgrading the heating/ventilation by fitting a different heater?

I am wrecking an 88 (Corolla) Sprinter Ceilo AE90 with climate control. I will pull the unit out and look at fitting it to my Caravelle... then I can have a powerful fan, center dash vents and powered dash-end vents. The van lacks aircon, so obviously I can't use the aircon part.

I should be able to fabricate connectors to splice the Corolla air-distribution outlets into the van's system.

This is of course still on the list-to-do-when(!) the van's engine conversion is finished... -- Andrew Grebneff Dunedin New Zealand Fossil preparator <andrew.grebneff@stonebow.otago.ac.nz> Seashell, Macintosh, VW/Toyota van nut
