That probably puts his labor rate about $75.00 and hour. Takes about 30 to 35 minutes to set up and attempt to pull a fighting stud that doesnąt want to come loose. Then 15 to 20 minutes from the time it snapped to drill out and replace. Very cheap labor rate for today.
