hi, i want to install some sort of sound deadening material on the floor, the seat boxes, and in the doors before i have my new carpet installed in my '90 westy. the suggestions and reviews for this sort of task are all over the board, but what DOES seem to be consistent is that dynamat works. however, many say that similar materials such as b-quiet is as effective, but with a cheaper price. furthermore, some recommend an extremely cheap roofing material from home depot called peel-n-seal.........and some say that dynamat gets their material from a company called McMasters, where you can order the same material from at a fraction of the price. needless to say, i don't know what to do. does anybody have any experience with installing any sort of sound-deadening material? thanks for your help! dusty. |___|_|_|__\ |___|__-|-__| "(o)-----(o)--" |
