I'm planning to do the same on my Stretch since I now have one of each.

The windows are different sized? I hadn't noticed. I better measure better. :)

It looks to me like the B and C pillars are the same, and only the latch mechanisms need to be cut from the newer one and welded into the older ones. I haven't done it yet, so I may be wrong.
