RE: Difficult Vehicle Title Problems I learned during the brief time I was selling cars in the '60's that the clerks in the sattelite /franchise DMV offices usually know the law better than the 'official' DMV counters at the Courthouse. Frequently with many years of experience and ready to show off their expertise, they can usually solve the problem on the spot or at least tell you what to bring them in order to solve it.
