First check the fuse. Second put a jumper wire to the power supply running up to the faucet to test the pump. Third test the faucet switch portion. I've seen new faucet switches fail because of the poor design. Faucets are about $35.00 and you can replace the pump with a bilge pump from Wal-Mart for about $12.00 or go for the original type for about $40.00.
