Have you tried accessing the pump by opening the rear-most cabinet next to
the bed, just below the closet, taking out the 2 screws on the metal cover,
then take the large plastic lid off the water tank? You can then pull the
pump out of the tank and look at it. Mine had lost the bottom end of the
plastic pump housing. I could hear the pump "working" but no water was being
pumped, so my problem was a simple fix. The plastic end had come off the
pump where the pump impeller is so I just duct taped it back on and that was
2 years ago. Since I fill my tank from the top via hose, I can easily check
the condition of the pump often. If you're getting no pump noise it's
electrical, of course, and Stan's response is a good to-do.
