No, by that logic a 1 pound tear-drop object has the same wind resistance as a 6 ton tear-drop object of the same size and shape. Now, getting that 6 tons up to 60mph will take a lot more energy, but KEEPING it at 60mph only has to overcome the same wind resistance the 1 pound one has to overcome.

A hollow brick has no more wind resistance than a solid brick of the same size and shape.
