Hi Jeff the canvas info you have been given by others is correct. there are 4 brands of water repellant sprays out there. just make sure that no silicon and that is has some sort of UV protection for one the canvas and 2 it will last longer on the product. Iosso is a brand i sell over the counter with great luck, 303 is nice but pricey, and canvac is great if you can find it. there is another but is slips my mind. also if seams leak they make a seam sealer and if the zippers on the screen and privacy are hard to move there is a product called zipper lube. great stuff. i sell the iosso like like i said but you can find a good canvas shop in your area to pick up what you need. c-ya Jonce
