FWIW, if it's doing it all the time it's almost certainly the connection to the back of the fuse panel, (forget the number, but see Bentley) or the ground. Long ago I had this happening as a result of the push on terminal to the back of the fuse panel for this particular circuit being lose, just think it's weird that now it's happening only when I'm using the cig lighter...

Hm, that's funny/not funny...

Mine does the same thing, but just ALL the TIME!!!

I hadn't asked yet because I hadn't gotten around to it...The initial blink when you start it has not gone away...even though the temp gauge reads below half....weird!!!
