For what it's worth, I have the Duralast you get from Autozone. I've really abused my battery (mostly through alternator problems) and it's stood the test of time okay. I don't know if these are really high quality batteries, but the best part, though, is that Autozone will replace your battery on warranty without a receipt and from any Autozone location---very convenient if you find yourself needing a battery not where you started... (they might also sell the optimas?) -Wes
