The part number is 025-121-160-D. You will need Gasket # N-901-685-02. The new flange will be steel.

I'm trying to find the part number for the black plastic flange w/nipple that bolts to the right head. One of the thin coolant hoses is attached to it and then connects to the metal coolant tube that runs along the rear engine compartment lip.
