When I e-mailed them in January (sales@msdsinc.com), a set of four were $99.99 delivered, with a few days for lead time. You can call them at 818-507-6937 to see what it would cost for just the two lines you need.

Failing that, most speed shops can make them to order, just bring your old ones in...
