Hi folks,


My 82 westy is running funny when cold.  It's just running rough and has a
lack of power.  Feels regulated, like it just doesn't have what it should.


After about 10 minutes of driving it just pops back to life and runs
beautifully.  Nice and smooth with plenty of power.


Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
