as for the door panel board it comes in 2 sizes and can come in Tan and or Black. it is thin and durable and take some water getting on it. unlike masonite or hardboard. also is much easier to cut. it can be purchased at most automotive upholstery shops. look in the phone book under auto upholstery. most shops that specialize in sofas will not know where to get it. if you want more details i can get them for you but i use the black panels and cut them witha fine jig saw blade or fine circular saw blade bit tough on a razor knife. hope this helps. c-ya Jonce
