That probably puts his labor rate about $75.00 and hour. Takes about 30 to 35 minutes to set up and attempt to pull a fighting stud that doesnąt want to come loose. Then 15 to 20 minutes from the time it snapped to drill out and replace. Very cheap labor rate for today. (depending on part of country) jimt
