Thanks for the info.

I'm concerned that without a woodruff key, that there would be some movement that would cause wear, etc. The last thing I want to happen on the road is to have a pulley fly apart on me.

I'm guessing I can make due with Loctite and alot of torque. Anyone have a guesstimate as to the amount of torque?
