Lift back wheels and release parking brake.Turn wheel and feel for
uneven rotation and dragging.Most drums get "rust wleded" to hubs
and it takes some hammering to get them off.In process drums can
get "out of shape".Cheap to replace.Check shoes for uneven wear.
Clean metal moving parts and lube.If wheel cylinders show signs of leaks
replace.
If drums are ok look at rotors.They never get "bent" but get
contaminated and develope hard spots.Take them to brake shop to turn
Good time to check brakes while doing it and adjust front bearings.
Check pads wear
