Pull off the inside body panel it is just held in by plastics snaps
and comes off fairly easily. If you can't do it by hand use a
screwdriver with tape on it so you don't scratch your paint.

Once the panel is off its obvious what to flip. While you have it all
apart why not add a release for the hatch like on Gary Lee's website:
